Who we are and what the service does
We are an online loan request service based in Denver, Colorado. People complete one short form, and we pass that request to lenders and lending partners in our network who may offer a personal loan between $500 and $5,000.
We started with a simple observation: when a water heater fails or a medical bill arrives, most people do not want to research a dozen lender websites, type the same details into each one and decode fine print at midnight. They want to describe what they need once, see what is available, and understand what it will cost. People who search for enable loans are usually in exactly that position, and the request form is built for them.
We are not a lender. We do not review creditworthiness, approve applications, set APRs or send money. Every one of those decisions belongs to the lender you choose. Our role starts when you open the form and largely ends when a lender responds with an offer you can accept, compare or decline.
Our mission: clear choices for small, urgent costs
Our mission is to make borrowing a modest amount less confusing and less pressured, so people can compare real offers, understand the total cost and decide calmly whether a personal loan is right for them.
In practice, that mission shapes three habits. We label every rate and payment figure as an estimate, because the lender sets the real numbers. We describe alternatives, such as a payment plan with a provider or help from a local assistance program, when they might cost less. And we never use countdown timers, fake scarcity or pressure language to push someone into submitting a request.
How we earn money without charging you
Lenders and lending partners in our network may pay us a fee when a request is passed to them or when a loan is funded. You pay nothing to use the form, view offers or decline them.
That compensation does not raise the APR or fees a lender offers you, and we never collect money from borrowers for any reason. If someone claiming to represent us asks for an upfront payment, a gift card or a wire transfer, it is a scam; please end the conversation and report it.
Being paid by lenders does create a potential conflict of interest, and we would rather name it than hide it. Compensation can influence which lenders participate in our network and the order in which offers appear. It does not change the facts in our guides. Our advertiser and lending disclosure describes these relationships in full.
What we do, and what we leave to lenders
We handle the request form, the secure transfer of your details to lenders in our network, and the educational guides on this site. Lenders handle underwriting, approval, loan terms, funding and all repayment questions.

Think of a mail carrier: the job is to get your letter to the right doors reliably and safely, not to write the reply. Our service works the same way. We make sure your request reaches lenders whose criteria may fit, and the response comes from them.
Here is how the responsibilities divide:
| Task | Our service | The lender you choose |
|---|---|---|
| Request form and data transfer | Yes | No |
| Guides on rates, terms and eligibility | Yes | No |
| Credit review and approval decision | No | Yes |
| Setting APR, fees and term | No | Yes |
| Sending funds to your bank | No | Yes |
| Collecting payments and servicing | No | Yes |
Because the lender owns the loan, questions about a payment date, a payoff amount or a hardship plan should go to that lender directly. We are glad to help you figure out who to call, and our contact page explains what our team can and cannot assist with.
Editorial standards behind our guides
Every guide on this site is written and reviewed by editors with backgrounds in consumer lending, credit counseling and household budgeting, and each one follows the same rules for accuracy, sourcing and plain language.
- Estimates are labeled. APR, payment and total-cost figures are examples. Our representative example is $2,000 over 12 months at 21.49% APR, which works out to about $186.70 a month and about $2,240.40 in total (estimate).
- Ranges, not promises. We describe typical APRs of about 6% to 35.99% and terms of 3 to 60 months as lender-set ranges, never as a quote.
- No invented statistics. Cost ranges for repairs, funerals and other expenses are stated as typical U.S. ranges, and we do not cite studies we cannot name.
- Alternatives included. Guides mention cheaper options, such as negotiating a payment plan, when they could fit better than borrowing.
- Updated regularly. Pages show a last-updated date, and we revise them when lender practices or rules change.
Commercial relationships do not decide what our editors write. A lender cannot pay to change a guide, remove a criticism or add a claim. Reader feedback, including enable loans reviews left by people who used the form, helps us find pages that need clearer wording.
Who the request form is built for
The form is built for U.S. adults who need a specific, modest sum, usually for a repair, a medical or dental bill, consolidating a few balances, an emergency or funeral costs, and who want to compare offers before committing.
Some people who use the service have strong credit and simply want to save time. Others have fair or limited credit and want to know whether any lender will consider them. Lenders in our network differ in what they accept, so outcomes vary, and no one can promise approval before a lender reviews the full application. The typical eligibility requirements page explains what most lenders look for.
