Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and request form, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices you have.

Who this policy covers and when it applies
Our privacy practices cover information collected through our website, the loan request form, and emails, texts or calls related to your request. Effective date: see the Last updated line on this page.
We operate a free connection service. People who search for enable loans and complete our form are asking us to share their details with lenders and lending partners who may offer a personal loan of $500 to $5,000. We are not a lender. Once a lender or partner receives your information, its own privacy policy governs how it uses that information, so please review the policies of any company that contacts you.
By using the website or submitting the request form, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit a request.
Information we collect through the request form
We collect the details you type into the request form, which lenders need to review a personal loan request, plus technical data your browser sends automatically when you visit our pages.
Information you provide may include:
- Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone number, home address and date of birth
- Loan details: the amount you request and the reason for the loan
- Financial details: income, pay frequency, employment status, employer name and how long you have been employed
- Housing details: whether you rent or own and how long you have lived at your address
- Bank details: bank name, account type, routing number and account number, used by lenders to verify your account and deposit funds
- Social Security number, where the form asks for it, so lenders can confirm your identity and check your credit
- Anything you send us by email, phone or the contact page
Information collected automatically includes your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from your IP address, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.
Information from others may include confirmation from partners about whether your request was reviewed or a loan was funded, and identity or fraud-prevention checks from service providers.
How we use your information
We use your information mainly to pass your request to lenders and partners who may make an offer, and secondarily to run, protect and improve the website and to meet legal obligations.
- Matching and delivering your request to lenders, lending partners and partner networks
- Contacting you about your request by email, phone or text, as described in our terms of use
- Verifying identity, detecting fraud, duplicate requests and misuse of the form
- Measuring site performance and improving pages, content and the form
- Sending marketing messages about financial products when the law allows, with an opt-out in every message
- Complying with laws, responding to lawful requests and enforcing our terms
Credit checks are made by lenders, not by us
We do not pull your credit report. Lenders and partners that receive your request may obtain consumer reports from one or more credit bureaus or alternative data providers to evaluate it.
Some lenders begin with a soft inquiry that does not affect your score; others run a hard inquiry before final approval, which may lower it slightly. By submitting the form, you authorize lenders that receive your request to obtain such reports. Each lender handles your credit data under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its own policies.
Cookies, analytics and advertising tools
We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep the form working, remember your session, measure visits and understand which ads or pages bring people to the site.
Analytics providers such as Google Analytics may collect usage data on our behalf. Advertising partners may use cookies to measure campaign results or show relevant ads on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and adjust ad personalization through industry opt-out tools. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the form from working. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals where state law requires it.
Your choices about calls, texts and emails
You can stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link, stop texts by replying STOP, and ask to be removed from our call list at any time. Opting out of our messages does not stop messages from lenders you already contacted.
To stop contact from a specific lender or partner, use the opt-out method that company provides or contact it directly. You may still receive transactional messages from us about a request you just submitted.
California and other state privacy rights
Residents of California and several other states have rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, the categories we collect include identifiers, financial information, commercial information, internet activity, approximate geolocation, professional or employment information and sensitive personal information such as Social Security number and bank account numbers. We use sensitive information only to process your request and prevent fraud. Sharing your request with lenders in exchange for compensation may count as a sale or share under some state laws.
To exercise a right, email us or write to the address below with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity by matching details you provided, respond within the time the law requires, and not discriminate against you for using these rights. An authorized agent may submit a request with written permission from you. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and lender privacy notices
Lenders that make loans are financial institutions under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and must give you their own privacy notice explaining how they use and share your nonpublic personal information.
Where our handling of your request is covered by GLBA, we follow its requirements on safeguarding and sharing that information, and some state privacy laws exempt GLBA-covered data. Read each lender's privacy notice before you accept an offer.
How we protect and retain your information
We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, restricted employee access and vendor contracts that require safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise data will never be accessed without permission.
We keep request data only as long as needed to deliver your request, handle questions or disputes, prevent fraud, keep required business and tax records, and comply with law. After that, we delete or de-identify it. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Children's privacy
Our website and request form are intended only for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or accept loan requests from anyone under 18.
If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy and how to contact us
We may update this policy as our service or the law changes. The Last updated line shows when it last changed, and material changes will be posted here before they apply to new information.
