Advertiser & Lending Disclosure

Lenders and partners pay us, not you. Here is how that works, how it can shape the offers you see, and what the request form can and cannot do.

01

How our service earns money

Our service is free for you because lenders, lending partners and lead networks pay us. We receive compensation when your request is shared with a partner, and some partners pay more when a loan they offer is actually made.

We operate on a lead-generation model. When you complete the request form, the details you provide may be passed to one or more lenders, or to a partner network that forwards them to lenders it works with. Depending on the agreement, we may be paid a flat amount for each request delivered, a fee when a lender reviews or accepts a request, or a share of revenue when a personal loan is funded. We may also earn money from advertising placed on our pages.

People searching for enable loans sometimes assume the site belongs to a bank. It does not. We are a marketing and connection service, and the money we receive comes from companies in our network, never from the borrowers who use the form.

02

How compensation can affect the offers you see

Compensation can influence which lenders receive your request, the order in which partners review it, and which offers appear first. A higher-paying partner may be shown more prominently even when another lender could offer a lower APR.

We do not include every lender or every loan product available in the United States. Our network is a limited group of companies, and whether a particular lender sees your request depends on your location, requested amount, credit profile and income, on each partner's own filters, and on our commercial arrangements with them.

Treat any offer as one option rather than the best option. Compare the APR, total repayment and fees in each lender's disclosure against what your bank, a credit union or another source quotes before you sign anything.

03

We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions

We do not make loans, decide who qualifies, set interest rates or send funds. Every credit decision, loan amount, APR, fee, repayment schedule and funding date comes from the lender that reviews your request.

We are not your agent or a representative of any lender, and we do not endorse or recommend a specific lender or product. If you accept an offer, the loan agreement is a contract between you and that lender only. Questions about terms, payments or servicing should go to the lender named on your agreement.

04

No promise of approval, rates or funding speed

Submitting the request form does not mean you will receive an offer, be approved, or get a particular amount or rate. Many requests are not matched with any lender, and approved amounts can be lower than the amount requested.

Lenders may verify your identity, income and bank account, and they may check your credit with one or more consumer reporting agencies. Some start with a soft inquiry; others run a hard inquiry before final approval, which can lower your credit score. When a lender does fund a loan, money often arrives as soon as the next business day after approval, but timing depends on the lender and your bank, and some take longer.

05

Representative example and typical loan costs

Amounts requested through our form run from $500 to $5,000. Typical APRs from lenders in our network range from about 6% to 35.99%, with terms of 3 to 60 months. Every figure below is an estimate, not an offer.

Representative example (estimate only; your lender's terms will differ)
ItemExample
Loan amount$2,000
Term12 months
APR (estimate)21.49%
Monthly paymentabout $186.70
Total of paymentsabout $2,240.40
Total interestabout $240.40

Your actual APR depends on the lender, your credit history, income, existing debt, state of residence and the term you choose. Some lenders charge an origination fee, often deducted from the loan proceeds, plus late or returned-payment fees. Each lender must give you a Truth in Lending disclosure showing the APR, finance charge and total of payments before you sign, so read it closely.

Active-duty service members and covered dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act, which caps the Military Annual Percentage Rate at 36%. A lender that cannot meet that rule should not extend credit to a covered borrower.

06

Late payments, non-payment and renewals

Missing a payment on a personal loan can lead to late fees, returned-payment charges from both the lender and your bank, and negative reporting to the credit bureaus. Continued non-payment may result in collection activity allowed by the agreement and the law.

Renewal, refinancing and extension policies vary by lender and by state. Some lenders do not offer renewals at all, while others may agree to a modified schedule. Ask about these terms before you accept, and contact the lender right away if you expect to miss a payment.

07

State availability and lender licensing

Not every lender operates in every state, and some states limit loan amounts, rates or terms. Residents of certain states may receive fewer offers or none at all, and the lenders available can change without notice.

Each lender is responsible for holding the licenses its states require and for following state and federal lending laws. If you have a complaint about a lender, contact that lender first, then your state's financial regulator or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

08

No fee to use the request form

You never pay us to submit a request, review offers or decline them. No legitimate lender should ask you to pay an upfront fee, buy a gift card or wire money before a loan is funded.

Using the form creates no obligation to accept any offer, and an enable loans request can be abandoned at any point. If an offer or a phone call seems wrong, stop and reach us through our contact page, call (888) 825-0493, or write to 4475 Harbor Road, Suite 164, Denver, CO 80202. You can also read how we handle your information and our terms of use.
