How to reach us
You can reach our team by phone at (888) 825-0493, by email using the address shown on this page, or by mail at 4475 Harbor Road, Suite 164, Denver, CO 80202.
| Method | Details | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Phone | (888) 825-0493 | Quick questions about the form or a request you just sent |
| [email protected] | Detailed questions, data requests, anything you want in writing | |
| 4475 Harbor Road, Suite 164, Denver, CO 80202 | Formal written requests and correspondence |
When you contact us about a request you already submitted, include the name and email address you used on the form and the approximate date you sent it. That lets us find your request quickly. Please do not send your full Social Security number, bank account number or a photo of your ID by email; we will never ask for them that way.
What our team can help with
Our team can answer questions about the request form, explain how your information is shared with lenders in our network, update or delete your data, and help you work out which lender to contact.
- Using the form: what a field means, why a detail is requested, or what to do if a page will not load.
- Your request status: whether your request was submitted and roughly when lenders received it.
- Identifying your lender: if you accepted an offer and lost track of which lender issued it, we can help you find the lender’s name so you can contact them.
- Privacy requests: asking what data we hold about you, correcting it, or asking us to delete it or stop sharing it, as described in our privacy policy.
- Stopping contact: opting out of marketing emails, texts or calls from our service.
- Reporting a scam: telling us about anyone who used our name and asked you for money.
People who find us by searching for enable loans often call first to ask whether submitting the form affects their credit. Sending the form does not pull your credit by itself; many lenders begin with a soft inquiry, and a hard inquiry usually happens only if you move forward with a lender’s offer. Policies vary, so confirm with the lender.
What we cannot help with, and who can
We are not a lender, so we cannot approve a loan, change an APR or term, accept payments, or adjust a due date. Questions about an existing personal loan belong with the lender that issued it.
| Your question | Who to contact |
|---|---|
| Why was my application declined? | The lender; it must explain its decision or tell you how to request the reasons |
| Can I get a lower APR or different term? | The lender that made the offer |
| When will my funds arrive? | The lender, then your bank if the lender says funds were sent |
| How do I make or change a payment? | The lender’s servicing team |
| What is my payoff amount? | The lender’s servicing team |
| Can I set up a hardship plan? | The lender, ideally before a payment is missed |
Your loan agreement and the lender’s welcome email list its customer service phone number and website. If you cannot find them, contact us and we will help you identify the lender. For a complaint about a lender’s conduct, you can also contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or your state’s financial regulator.
Typical response times
We aim to answer phone calls during business hours and reply to most emails within one to two business days. Mailed letters take longer. These are estimates, and busy periods can add time.
- Phone: usually answered live during business hours, Monday through Friday (Mountain Time); voicemails are typically returned within one business day.
- Email: most replies within one to two business days.
- Mail: allow about seven to ten business days after your letter arrives.
- Privacy requests: acknowledged promptly and completed within the time required by applicable law; we may need to verify your identity first.
If your question is time-sensitive because a lender offer is about to expire, call rather than email, and contact the lender directly as well, since only the lender can extend or change its offer.
A warning about impersonation scams
We will never ask you to pay a fee, buy gift cards, send a wire transfer or use a payment app to receive a loan offer or release funds. Anyone who does is not acting for us.
Scammers sometimes copy the names of real websites to sound trustworthy. Warning signs include pressure to act within minutes, requests for your online banking password, and offers that promise approval before any review. If you see these, stop responding, keep any messages, and report the contact to us and to the Federal Trade Commission. Reading enable loans reviews and our about page can help you recognize how our real service behaves.
