Terms of Use

These terms set the rules for using our website and request form. Please read them carefully, because submitting a request means you accept them.

01

Agreement to these terms

By visiting our website or submitting the request form, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a request.

In these terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean the company operating this website, and "you" means any person who visits it or submits a request. "Lenders" and "partners" mean the third-party lenders, lending partners and networks that may receive your request. These terms apply together with our privacy policy and our advertiser and lending disclosure, which are part of this agreement.

02

Who may use the request form

You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and legally able to enter a binding contract to submit a request. Some lenders set higher age or other requirements.

You may submit a request only for yourself, using your own information. Submitting a request on behalf of another person, or with someone else's identity, bank account or Social Security number, is prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement. Lender requirements such as minimum income, an active checking account and state residency are explained on our eligibility page, but each lender makes its own decision.

03

What our service does and does not do

We provide a free connection service: you complete one request form, and we share it with lenders and partners who may offer a personal loan of $500 to $5,000. We are not a lender, broker, agent or financial advisor.

People searching for enable loans should know that we do not make credit decisions, set APRs or terms, fund loans, collect payments or service accounts. We do not endorse any lender, and we do not recommend any particular product. Information on our pages, including rate ranges, calculators and examples, is general and educational. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and estimates may differ from what a lender offers you.

We may receive compensation from lenders and partners when your request is shared or a loan is made. That compensation can influence which partners receive your request and which offers you see first.

04

No obligation, no fee and no approval promise

Submitting a request costs nothing and does not obligate you to accept any offer. You may decline every offer you receive, and you never owe us a fee for using the service.

We do not promise that you will be matched with a lender, receive an offer, be approved, or receive any specific loan amount, rate, term or funding time. Lenders decide based on their own criteria, which may include your credit history, income, existing debts, bank account and state of residence. When a lender approves and funds a loan, money often arrives as soon as the next business day after approval, but timing depends on the lender and your bank.

05

Your responsibility for accurate information

You agree that everything you enter in the request form is true, complete and current. Lenders rely on it, and false information can lead to a denied request, a cancelled loan or legal consequences.

You also authorize us to share your information as described in the privacy policy, and you authorize lenders and partners that receive your request to verify it. Verification may include checking your identity, confirming employment and income, validating your bank account and obtaining consumer reports from credit bureaus or alternative data providers. Some lenders use a hard inquiry, which may affect your credit score.

07

Lender terms govern any loan you accept

Any loan you accept is a contract between you and the lender only. The lender's loan agreement, Truth in Lending disclosure, privacy notice and other terms govern the APR, fees, repayment, late charges, collections and your rights.

Read the lender's documents before you sign, and compare the APR and total repayment with other options. We are not a party to your loan, are not responsible for a lender's actions, decisions or communications, and cannot change your loan terms. Questions or complaints about a loan should go to the lender first, then to your state regulator or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau if needed. Typical cost ranges are explained in the guide to APR ranges and loan costs.

08

Acceptable use of the website

You may use the website only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to submit fraudulent requests, misuse the form, or interfere with the site's operation or security.

  • Do not use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the site or submit requests
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Do not upload malicious code or overload the site
  • Do not copy, resell or republish site content without our written permission

All text, graphics, logos and design on the site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these terms.

09

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we and our officers, employees and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site, any lender's products or decisions, or any loan you accept. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or service will not exceed one hundred dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from false information you submit or your violation of these terms.

10

Governing law and disputes

The laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal law govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute with us will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

You and we agree to try to resolve any concern informally first by contacting each other in writing and allowing thirty days for a response. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. Disputes about a loan are governed by the lender's own agreement, which may contain its own dispute and arbitration terms.

11

Changes to these terms and how to reach us

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. The Last updated line shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Questions about these terms can go to our contact page, to (888) 825-0493, or by mail to 4475 Harbor Road, Suite 164, Denver, CO 80202.
